McLane’s Eggstravaganza is a hit!

Our McLane Children’s Eggtravaganza was a BLAST! So many families came to join us for the fun!

We also couldn’t have done it without our Community supporters, Smile at the World Orthodontics, Temple Sam’s Club, Wal-Mart Copperas Cove, American Water, Sam’s Club Harker Heights, Ralph Wilson Youth Club, Wal-Mart Gatesville, Sam’s Club College Station, Wal-Mart Stan Schlueter in Killeen, Wal-Mart on Adams in Temple, Freddy’s, Jason’s Deli, and Schlotzsky’s.

We had a massive crowd gather on April 8th at Lion’s Park to celebrate children in a big way! Ralph Wilson made 500 hotdogs, Sam’s Club provided over 500 cookies, Water was given by American Water, Bounce Houses were bounced in, prize wheels were spun, crafts were made and eggs were hunted! We had so many wonderful volunteers that gave their time to run game booths and paint faces. Children were all smiles as they enjoyed the sunshine and fun time with family. The Easter bunny made an appearance and children enjoyed ball games, a bean bag toss , crafts and face painting. Judging by the smiles on the faces – I’d say it was a huge success! Thank you to everyone who gave of their time and resources to make this event a success!
